Our Team

Our team consists of 14 dedicated staff members, including experienced bathroom designers, knowledgeable trade counter assistants, and efficient warehouse and delivery personnel. We have many years of experience between us, supported by ongoing training and industry-leading software. Our approach is open and friendly, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued, and we are proud to supply all our products backed with free, professional advice.

Fabulous Customer Service

Fabulous customer service from Jason, a radiator that I purchased over 2 years ago started to leak. I could not find the receipt. Jason found the order verified the date and contacted the company who offered a 5 year warranty with their radiators. In less that 5 working days, I have a new radiator and the plumber has been out to fit it today. It is easy to give great reviews when there are no problems, it is how companies react when there is an issue that is the measure of a company and their employees. Thank you Jason.
